Account Management

How to delete your account Irreversible

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the mobile app:

  • Open the Kivra Fitness app.
  • Go to Profile (bottom right icon).
  • Tap on Settings (gear icon).
  • Scroll down and select Delete Account.
  • Confirm your choice.

If you cannot access the app, email us at ashwin@kivra.services with the subject "Delete My Account".

How to sign up

To join Kivra Fitness:

  • Download the app from the Google Play Store or visit our PWA.
  • Tap Get Started or Sign Up.
  • Enter your email, create a password, and fill in your basic profile details (age, goals, etc.) so our AI can personalize your plan.

Update profile & email

Change Personal Info: Go to Profile > Edit Profile to update your weight, height, goals, or focus areas. The AI will adjust your plan immediately.

Change Email/Password: Go to Profile > Settings. You can update your password or email address from the account security section.
